PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
The Affiliate Influencer's compensation under this Contract will be determined based on a 20% commission earned through his/her affiliate link.
PRODUCT USE AND OWNERSHIP
The Affiliate Influencer shall be provided products by Pacagen at no expense. The Affiliate Influencer agrees and undertakes not to sell the provided products. The Affiliate Influencer shall use the provided products efficiently. If the Affiliate Influencer decides to discontinue the use, return, or sell the products, they shall notify Pacagen before such action. These actions are subject to the written consent of Pacagen.
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE AFFILIATE INFLUENCER
A. Within the scope of this Contract, the Affiliate Influencer shares raw content and posts at least 1 content, following the content brief.
B. The Affiliate Influencer shall create original content that is decent, honest, and factual. They shall get Pacagen's consent at least 3 days before uploading the content.
C. The Affiliate Influencer shall share the approved content to his/her social media account(s).
D. Pacagen shall request the Affiliate Influencer add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.
E. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.
F. The content shall not involve any vulgar language, discrimination, or any expression that may constitute a crime before the law and should be suited for everyone.
G. The Affiliate Influencer is obliged to avoid any action that will damage Pacagen's reputation.
H. Pacagen has the right to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the content shared by the Affiliate Influencer for promotional and advertising purposes, both online and offline. This includes but is not limited to, the right to use the content on Pacagen’s official website and other marketing materials
PPC RESTRICTION RULES
A. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following terms for Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns:
Brand Terms: Pacagen, Pacagen.com, Pacagen com, Pacagen typos (e.g., Pacgen, Pacagn)
Product-Specific Terms: Cat Allergen Neutralizing Spray, Allergy Management Spray, Cat Allergen Spray
B. Description of Restriction: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any of the above brand or product-specific terms in their PPC campaigns. This restriction includes all variations, misspellings, and any other attempts to circumvent these rules.
C. Editable Clause: These PPC restrictions may be updated at any time from the Pending Interface.
D. Enforcement: PPC restrictions are mandatory and must be adhered to as outlined in this Program Agreement. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
