Branding Restrictions
Affiliates must adhere to BASSETTI's brand guidelines and ensure that logos and brand descriptions are up to date.
Affiliates are responsible for promoting the BASSETTI brand in a way that avoids any use that could be interpreted as "spam," misrepresentation, or anything that could harm the reputation of our company and brand. All offers listed on partner sites must be kept up to date and in line with our terms and conditions.
Creative Assets
Affiliates may not modify any creative materials or text links available through the affiliate program without prior written authorization. To allow for automatic updates to uploaded banners, affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners. If different creatives or links are needed, please contact BASSETTI.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes provided directly through the BASSETTI affiliate program. It is not permitted to display discount/voucher codes intended for other channels or other online affiliates. Knowingly promoting misleading, invalid, or expired discount codes is prohibited. BASSETTI reserves the right to withhold commission payments or suspend publishers if unauthorized voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale.
Validations
Sales are validated within a maximum of 30 days from the transaction date. Cancelled or returned orders are not valid. Orders where an employee discount has been applied are also not valid.
Commission is paid on validated sales (excluding shipping charges and VAT) generated by affiliates on our site. Commission is not paid on Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers.
