1. Commission
Standard Rate: You’ll earn 10% commission on valid net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
Validation: Orders will be reviewed within [30] days to allow for cancellations or returns.
Payment: All payments are made through Awin, following their standard schedule.
2. Getting Approved
We review every application manually to ensure a great brand fit.
We may decline or remove publishers at our discretion, but we’ll always aim to be fair and transparent.
3. How You Can Promote Us
You can use any official banners, links, and creatives provided in Awin.
Please keep all promotions accurate and honest — no misleading claims.
Paid search (PPC): Please don’t bid on “ARSIS Jewelry” brand terms or variations.
Coupons: Only promote offers that come directly from Awin.
4. What’s Not Allowed
Using our brand name or logo without approval.
Placing links on sites with offensive or illegal content.
Running email campaigns without checking with us first.
Fraudulent tactics such as cookie stuffing or fake clicks.
5. Ending the Partnership
If rules are broken, we may suspend or remove you from the program.
Commissions on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not be paid.
6. Legal Stuff
ARSIS Jewelry isn’t responsible for indirect or accidental losses linked to the program.
Publishers are responsible for following advertising and consumer laws in their own region.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued participation means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of American local policy.
