• Affiliates may not use any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates any laws or regulations.
2. Content Restrictions
• Affiliates may not promote our products or services on websites that contain adult content, hate speech, violence, or any other inappropriate material.
• Affiliates must ensure that their websites do not contain content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Disclosure Requirements
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Market MindShift LLC in a clear and conspicuous manner on their websites and in any promotional materials.
