Ajazz Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Ajazz Affiliate Program. We are excited to have you join us in promoting our range of high-quality mechanical keyboards and gaming accessories. Please read the following agreement carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions of our program.
1. Compliance with Regulations:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those relating to online marketing and advertising.
2. Prohibited Activities:
The following activities are prohibited within our affiliate program:
Spam: Affiliates may not use spam or unsolicited email campaigns to promote Ajazz products.
Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our products or their performance.
Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must not use Ajazz trademarks or branded terms in a manner that may infringe upon our intellectual property rights, including using our trademarks in domain names or paid search engine advertising.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing techniques to gain commissions improperly.
3. Affiliate Links and Banners:
Affiliates must use only the links, banners, and promotional materials provided by Ajazz. Unauthorized modifications to these materials are not permitted.
4. Payment and Commissions:
Commissions are paid based on sales generated through your affiliate links. The commission structure is outlined in the affiliate program details. Payments are made on a monthly basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.
5. Termination:
Ajazz reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time if the affiliate is found to be in violation of the program terms or engaging in prohibited activities. Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all Ajazz branding and promotional materials.
6. Program Changes:
Ajazz reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes or updates to the program.
