Program Agreement for Body Good Studio Affiliate Program
This Program Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Body Good Studio Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in the program, affiliates agree to comply with the following terms and any additional regulations specified by Body Good Studio.
Restrictions and Regulations:
1. Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email marketing or posting in irrelevant forums or social media groups.
- Affiliates must not use misleading or deceptive advertising practices, including false claims about the benefits or effects of Body Good Studio products.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on any Body Good Studio trademarked terms in any pay-per-click advertising campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords).
- Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing techniques or any other form of forced clicks to artificially inflate commissions.
2. Content Restrictions:
- Affiliates must not promote Body Good Studio products on websites that contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to, adult content, hate speech, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
- Affiliates must ensure that their promotional content is compliant with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including the FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.
3. Intellectual Property:
- Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Body Good Studio trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Body Good Studio products.
- Affiliates must not alter or modify any Body Good Studio trademarks, logos, or marketing materials without prior written consent from Body Good Studio.
4. Relationship:
- Affiliates acknowledge that they are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Body Good Studio.
- Affiliates must not make any representations, warranties, or statements on behalf of Body Good Studio without prior written consent.
5. Termination:
- Body Good Studio reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of this Program Agreement or any applicable law.
6. Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use:**
- All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use. Affiliates must read and adhere to these terms in conjunction with this Program Agreement.

Body Good Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Program Agreement at any time without prior notice.
