Your website and affiliate partnership must be approved to join our program. We seek affiliate partners aligned with our purpose and values. We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse participation at any time.
Creativity
You may use the creatives and links provided through the program without modification. We can supply new creatives upon request or approve proposed solutions before usage. Contact us at affiliate@thethoughtfulagency.com for approval.
We own and retain all intellectual property in the information, creatives and links provided through the program. Any confidential information shared by us remains our property. These terms do not give any right, title or interest in that information.
We grant you a non-exclusive, restricted licence to use the information, creatives and links provided solely to fulfil your obligations under these Terms and the program. This licence shall end on the termination of our affiliate arrangement.
PPC Campaigns
No brand, product, or generic PPC campaigns related to our site or products are allowed. Orders from such campaigns will not be considered valid, leading to partnership termination.
Content and Promotions
Prohibited activities include remarketing, retargeting, and posting offensive, discriminatory, political, pornographic, erotic, or health-risk content. Social media posts or stories must disclose advertisements by using tags such as #ad, #partner, #sponsored, or similar when there is a partnership or affiliate marketing involved.
We reserve the right to block non-compliant content.
Promotional Codes
Use only promotional codes provided by the AWIN program. Transactions using unauthorized codes will not be attributed to partners.
Validation of Transactions
Transactions are subject to validation. Commissions are paid only for valid conversions meeting our conditions. Orders are verified based on internal criteria; commissions may be withheld for cancelled or returned orders.
Validation occurs within 45 days, with only valid last-click conversions compensated. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of ongoing transactions and partnership termination.
Emma Lewisham Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
The sale and supply of Emma Lewisham products to customers who have clicked a link through an affiliate website are subject to Emma Lewisham’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at www.emmalewisham.com.
