Dr. Johnny’s Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By applying to and/or participating in the Dr. Johnny’s Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Dr. Johnny’s. “You” or “your” refers to the approved affiliate (“Affiliate”).
1. Program Overview
The purpose of the Program is to allow you to promote Dr. Johnny’s products via approved channels and earn commissions on qualifying purchases tracked through AWIN.
2. Commissions
- Commission Rates:
- Content Creators / Niche Influencers:
- Base: 15% ($0–$499/month)
- Growth: 20% ($500–$999/month)
- VIP: 25% ($1,000+/month)
- Coupon / Deal / Loyalty:
- Base: 10% ($0–$499/month)
- Growth: 12% ($500+/month)
- Cookie Window: 30 days
- Validation Period: 30 days (net of returns/exchanges)
- Bonuses: +3% launch bonus (first 30 days after approval), $20 first-sale bonus (within 30 days), seasonal +5% boosts during select campaigns.
- Commissions apply only to net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, and returns).
3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Bid on our trademarked terms (“Dr. Johnny’s” and variations/misspellings) in PPC advertising, or use them in ad copy, display URLs, or domain names.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, toolbar/code injectors, or misleading redirects.
- Promote unauthorized coupon codes, or alter, shorten, or hide approved codes.
- Post offers implying a click-through from your site is required if it is not.
- Use adult content, hate speech, or illegal content in connection with our program.
- Replicate or mimic our website design to mislead users.
4. Coupon Guidelines
- Only use coupon codes provided by Dr. Johnny’s via AWIN or our public website.
- Display full offer details, valid expiration date, and code.
- Do not share codes from non-affiliate marketing materials.
- No “workarounds” for offers intended for first-time customers only.
- Affiliates with unusually high coupon-related conversion rates may have commission rates adjusted.
5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Guidelines
- No bidding on trademarked terms or close variations.
- No direct linking from PPC ads to Dr. Johnny’s domains.
- Add our trademarked terms as negative keywords in campaigns.
6. Email & Social Media
- Email marketing must comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) and be sent on your behalf—not impersonating Dr. Johnny’s.
- Disclose affiliate relationships clearly per FTC/ASC guidelines.
- Social media promotion is allowed on your own profiles/pages.
- You may not post affiliate links on Dr. Johnny’s official social accounts.
7. Sub-Affiliate Networks
- Allowed with prior approval.
- You are responsible for ensuring all sub-affiliates comply with these Terms.
- Non-compliant sub-affiliate activity may result in loss of commissions.
8. Tracking & Payment
- Only sales tracked via AWIN’s platform will be eligible for commissions.
- Payment is made through AWIN according to their standard schedule once the validation period ends.
9. Reversals
Orders may be reversed for cancellations, returns, chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violations of these Terms or if your activities are deemed harmful to our brand. You may also terminate your participation at any time via AWIN.
11. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Dr. Johnny’s. You may not make statements that imply a formal business partnership or speak on our behalf.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Johnny’s shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding a claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By participating in the Dr. Johnny’s Affiliate Program, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
