General Terms and Conditions for the Affiliate Program
Restrictions
- No participation for affiliates with unlawful, political, violent, pornographic, or illegal content.
- Cooperation will be terminated if our ads are placed on such sites; resulting transactions will be rejected, and no commission will be paid.
- Only publishers with a valid Impressum are accepted.
- Websites under construction, generating errors, or without content review are excluded.
- Affiliates must be fully legally competent.
Advertising Materials/Linking
- Use ads only on registered spaces.
- Keep ads up to date; remove immediately if instructed or if they shouldn't be used.
- No alteration of ads without advertiser's consent.
- Permission to use ads lasts only during cooperation; must stop using upon termination.
- Visible, registered publisher site must precede any redirection to advertiser’s site (no direct or nonstop redirection).
- No pop-ups or layers on page load.
- Custom ads can be created in consultation with the advertiser.
Product Data
- Product data feed provided by the advertiser cannot be used on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Shopping).
- Always use the latest version of the product data feed.
Browser Plugins/Advertising via Spyware/Adware
- No combining ad codes to create browser plugins (e.g., hotbars, toolbars).
- No advertising via adware or spyware.
Postview/Retargeting - Requires prior agreement with the advertiser.
Coupons
- Only use coupons released by the advertiser.
- Transactions from outdated or expired coupons will be rejected.
