Welcome to Simple Project's affiliate program! In order to ensure the fairness, legality and effectiveness of the affiliate program, please read the following rules and restrictions carefully and make sure that you fully understand and agree to these terms.
- 1. Registration and Eligibility
- 1.1 To apply for becoming an Affiliate, applicants are required to provide true and accurate personal or business information.
- 1.2 Applicants are required to have a legally operating website, blog, social media account or other online platform.
- 1.3 The Company reserves the right to review and approve applications for Affiliate membership and may reject any application on a case-by-case basis.

- 2. Promotion methods
- 2.1 Affiliates are allowed to use legal promotion methods such as SEO, social media promotion, content marketing and so on.
- 2.2 Unethical or illegal promotion methods such as spam, click fraud, malware, pop-up ads, etc. are prohibited.
- 2.3 Affiliates are required to comply with the policies and regulations of major advertising platforms and avoid violating the terms of use of third-party platforms.
- 2.4 Affiliates are prohibited from using the following terms in any form of advertising, including, but not limited to, paid search ads, display ads, social media promotions, etc:‘Simple Project discount codes’‘Simple Project coupon codes’‘Simple Project promo codes’‘Simple Project coupon’‘Simple Project promos’

- 3. Links and advertising materials
- 3.1 The Affiliate shall use promotional links, banner ads, text links and other advertising materials provided by the Company.
- 3.2 It is prohibited to modify or tamper with the advertising material without authorization or to add false information to the advertisements. 3.3 All promotional links need to be properly embedded in accordance with the Company's regulations to ensure accurate tracking of commissions.

- 4. Commission
- 4.1 Affiliates can earn commissions based on the effectiveness of the promotion, the specific commission rate is subject to the affiliate program page published.
- 4.2 Our cookies are valid for 30 days, i.e. valid conversions generated within 30 days after the user clicks on the affiliate link will count towards the affiliate's commission.
- 4.3 Returns, refunds or order cancellations will not be counted in the commission calculation.

- 5. Prohibited behavior
- 5.1 Affiliate Members are prohibited from engaging in false advertising, misleading statements, and unauthorized use of trademarks.
- 5.2 Malicious competition and conflicting behaviors between Affiliate Members are prohibited.
- 5.3 Affiliates who violate the regulations will be disqualified and may be held legally responsible.
- 5.4 Exclusive Discount Code Usage Restriction: Each platform's discount code is exclusively for use on that platform and may not be used for shopping or transactions on any other platform.
- 5.5 No Cross-Platform Discount Code Usage: If an affiliate partner uses an exclusive discount code from another platform on this platform, it will be considered a violation, and the commission may be rendered invalid or penalties may apply to the affiliate's account.
- 5.6 Affiliates are not allowed to run paid ads on Google or any Google-related platforms using our brand name or trademarks
- 5.7 Violation Handling: If it is found that an affiliate is using a discount code from another platform, we reserve the right to cancel the related commission and take actions such as suspending or terminating the partnership based on the situation.

- 6. Payment terms
- 6.1 Commission is payable by cheque, bank transfer or other means such as PayPal

- 7. Termination clause
- 7.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Membership at any time for violations, inactivity or fraudulent behavior.
- 7.2 An Affiliate may request to withdraw from the Affiliate Program at any time, and his/her Affiliate Membership will be terminated upon approval of the request.

- 8. Liability and Disclaimer
- 8.1 The Company is not responsible for the loss of revenue of the Affiliate due to technical failures or other reasons.
- 8.2 Affiliates are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from violation of the rules of the affiliate program.

- 9. Data Privacy
- 9.1 The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of user data, and all data processing complies with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
- 9.2 Affiliates shall not abuse or disclose user data in any form.
- 10. Contractual terms
- 10.1 These rules are all the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program, which the Affiliate needs to fully understand and agree to comply with.
- 10.2 The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules, and has the right to modify and update these rules at any time as necessary, and the modified rules will be promptly notified to the Affiliate.
