1. Introduction
Welcome to World Of Books - Sell Your Books Affiliates. These terms and conditions ("terms") form a contract between you ("Affiliate") and World of Books Limited ("World Of Books - Sell Your Books"), governing your participation in our affiliate marketing program. By joining the program, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully, as they outline your responsibilities, payment structure, and other important aspects of your participation.
2. Affiliate Program Overview
The World Of Books - Sell Your Books Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring customers to World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s services through tracked links. When customers you refer complete a sale, you earn a percentage of that sale as commission.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To join the program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
• Own a website, blog, or social media account that aligns with World Of Books - Sell Your Books's values and meets our quality standards.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. World Of Books - Sell Your Books reserves the right to accept or reject any application to join the program at our sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities As an affiliate, you agree to:
• Promote World Of Books - Sell Your Books in an honest and ethical manner, without making false claims or misleading representations.
• Ensure that all promotional content is appropriate and does not include offensive, unlawful, or harmful material.
• Use only the approved marketing materials and banners provided by World Of Books - Sell Your Books.
• Avoid spamming or using fraudulent methods to drive traffic or sales.
5. Commissions and Payments
You will earn a commission for each sale referred through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate and payment terms will be provided to you upon acceptance into the program. Payments will be made monthly, provided that your account meets the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Publishers are not entitled to full commission if they promote World Of Books - Sell Your Books via PPC.
- Publishers will not receive full commission if they directly link to World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s website from search engines.
- Publishers are prohibited from using World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name in their display URL to earn full commission.
- Publishers should only use codes issued to them or (if any) the codes available in the World Of Books - Sell Your Books website - any other codes should not be used and may result in declined commission.
- Using World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name in paid search titles and descriptions does not entitle publishers to full commission.
- Adding World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name into a negative keyword list will not qualify publishers for full commission.
- Displaying ads when World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name or variations (e.g., World Of Books - Sell Your Books, World Of Books - Sell Your Books Books) are entered as search keywords will not earn full commission.
- Publishers will not earn full commission if they display ads when misspellings of World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name (e.g., World Of Books - Sell Your Bookst, World Of Books - Sell Your Books Bookz) are used as search keywords.
- Publishers are not entitled to full commission if they display ads when World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s brand name is combined with another word as a search keyword (e.g., World Of Books - Sell Your Books Trade-In).
- Only a restricted group of publishers are allowed to earn commission on sales generated by brand-related terms.
- Publishers will not be paid for sales generated from agreed paid search activity on search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, or others.
- Certain specific search terms (keywords) are restricted, and sales from publisher PPC ads using these terms will not be eligible for commission.
- Using misleading/fraudulent tactics or deceptive advertising methods to drive traffic
- Attempting to earn commissions on your own transactions.
- Engaging in activities that could harm World Of Books - Sell Your Books’s reputation or violate these terms.
- Cookie stuffing activity will also result in commission being declined.
7. Intellectual Property
World Of Books - Sell Your Books grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting World Of Books - Sell Your Books. You must not modify or misuse these materials in any way.
8. Termination
World Of Books - Sell Your Books reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all World Of Books - Sell Your Books-related materials and links. Any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of these terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
World Of Books - Sell Your Books may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
World Of Books - Sell Your Books will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including lost profits or data.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
