We are pleased to have you as our partner. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in the Awin Affiliate Program.
Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on all eligible sales.
- Cookie Duration: Cookies remain active for 30 days, ensuring you receive credit for sales made within this period.
Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the sales occurred.
Promotion Guidelines
- Approved Promotion Methods: Affiliates may use banners, text links, and promo codes provided by us. All content must be original and non-misleading.
- Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, misleading advertisements, unauthorized coupon websites, and any form of click fraud. Affiliates shall not bid on our brand keywords in paid search campaigns.
Compliance and Conduct
- Brand Representation: Affiliates must accurately represent our brand and products. Any false or misleading claims will result in immediate termination of the service.
- Content Restrictions: Affiliates shall not promote our products on websites containing objectionable content, including but not limited to adult content, violence, or discriminatory materials.
Termination
- Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Consequences of Termination: If termination is due to a breach of this agreement, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited after termination.
Modifications
- Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Awin platform.
- Acceptance of Changes: Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages related to this agreement or the affiliate program, including loss of revenue or profits.
