This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation as an affiliate with us.
1. Enrollment
Submit your application via our affiliate program on AWIN. We will accept or reject applications based on the compatibility of your site(s) with our brand values. Sites that promote violence, illegal activities, or discrimination will not be accepted.
2. Compliance and Content
Ensure all content is original or properly licensed. Do not engage in activities that promote explicit content, spam, or misleading information. Avoid stating specific prices as they may fluctuate. All claims about StitchLeash products should be truthful and not misleading. Do not misuse StitchLeash trademarks or create pages that could confuse users about your relationship with StitchLeash.
3. Linking and Promotions
Use the specific links provided via AWIN for tracking and validation of sales. You may use emails, social networks, blogs, and other digital platforms for promotion, adhering to this agreement. Use only coupons and deals provided directly through the AWIN platform.
4. PPC and SEO Policies
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on keywords that include StitchLeash branded terms, including "StitchLeash" and "stitchleash.com," in any pay-per-click search engines. This restriction includes all variations and misspellings of the branded terms.
5. Commission and Payments
Commissions are paid on legitimate sales, excluding returns and fraudulent purchases, that originate from properly coded affiliate links. StitchLeash reserves the right to adjust commission structures at our discretion.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement is valid from your acceptance until termination by either party. Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted will cease, and all links to StitchLeash must be removed.
7. Limitation of Liability
StitchLeash is not liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any intents of harm to the program or website.
8. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State where StitchLeash is headquartered.
9. Affiliate Obligations
Maintain the integrity of your website and links. Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act by providing clear messages and an easy way to unsubscribe in emails. Disclose the "material connection" with StitchLeash as required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides.
10. StitchLeash Rights and Obligations
StitchLeash reserves the right to monitor your site to ensure compliance with this agreement. We may suggest changes to ensure that your links to our website are appropriate.
By enrolling in the StitchLeash Affiliate Program, you acknowledge you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that StitchLeash may solicit customer referrals under terms that may differ from those in this agreement or operate competing websites.
