Terms & Conditions of the Brand Replay
1. Use of Promotional Materials All affiliated Publishers are required to use the promotional materials provided by Replay in accordance with the terms specified within the program. Any changes to promotional content or images must be pre-approved by the Replay team.
2. Images and Graphic Materials Images provided by Replay for the promotion of the brand must be used in their original format without alterations. Any different use of the images, including modifications, adaptations, or use in unapproved contexts, must be expressly authorized by Replay to avoid misuse of the brand.
3. Adhering to Brand Guidelines Publishers must adhere to Replay's guidelines in all communications, announcements, and promotions using the brand’s materials. Any form of communication must maintain consistency with Replay’s values and image, avoiding content that could be misleading or damaging to the brand's reputation.
4. Updates and Modifications Replay reserves the right to modify or update the promotional materials and images available to Publishers. It is the Publisher's responsibility to ensure they are using the most updated content.
5. Promotions and Offers The use of offers and promotions must be authorized by Replay. Any unauthorized or inappropriate use of promotions, discounts, or coupons is prohibited and may result in suspension from the program.
