Welcome to the RICOEL Affiliate Program! This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our affiliate program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following guidelines, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To participate in our affiliate program, you must complete and submit the affiliate application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products through websites, blogs, social media, email marketing (compliant with CAN-SPAM Act), and other online platforms.
Affiliates must use only the promotional materials provided by RICOEL or ShareASale.
3. Prohibited Activities
No Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not engage in false or misleading advertising, including but not limited to false claims about our products or promotions.
No Unsolicited Emails (SPAM): Affiliates are prohibited from sending unsolicited emails or messages that could be considered spam.
No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on RICOEL trademarks or any variations of these keywords in any pay-per-click (PPC) or keyword bidding campaigns.
No Domain Squatting: Affiliates are not allowed to purchase domain names that include our brand name or variations of it.
No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use cookie stuffing techniques to generate fraudulent commissions.
4. Affiliate Commissions
Commissions will be paid on qualifying sales made through affiliate links. The standard commission rate is 10% of the sale amount.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns.
Payments will be made monthly.
5. Restrictions
No Incentivized Traffic: Affiliates may not offer any form of incentives to customers to click on their affiliate links or complete transactions.
No Adult Content: Affiliates may not promote our products on websites or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, or any material deemed inappropriate by RICOEL.
Geographic Restrictions: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries. Affiliates may not promote our products in regions where we do not ship or operate.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RICOEL logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
Affiliates may not modify our logos or trademarks in any way without prior written consent from RICOEL.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, affiliates must remove all links and promotional materials related to RICOEL from their websites and marketing channels.
8. Liability
RICOEL is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modification
RICOEL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the ShareASale platform.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By joining the RICOEL Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
