TripToGo Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with TripToGo through our affiliate program on AWIN. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Overview
TripToGo invites affiliates to promote our travel services in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales referred via tracked links provided by AWIN.
and same as T&C of our previous platform ShareASale and TripToGo.
2. Enrollment & Approval
Participation is subject to approval at TripToGo’s sole discretion.
We reserve the right to reject applications for any reason, including content that is unethical, illegal, misleading, or damaging to our brand.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote TripToGo using approved banners, links, or creative provided by AWIN.
Do not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized use of TripToGo trademarks.
You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and AWIN's publisher terms.
4. Commissions & Payment
Commissions are paid on valid, completed sales tracked through AWIN.
Payouts and commission rates are subject to AWIN's reporting and payment system.
Any fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
5. Prohibited Activities
Paid search bidding on TripToGo trademarks or brand names.
Cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, or any form of affiliate fraud.
Use of offensive, adult, or unlawful content in promotion.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with or without cause.
TripToGo reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions if the termination is due to violation of these terms.
7. Liability & Indemnification
TripToGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify TripToGo against claims arising from your promotional activities.
8. Changes to Terms
TripToGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the country law
