Welcome to the GrowtTopicals Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Affiliate Enrollment:
- To enroll in the Growtropicals Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration form and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates are not allowed to run Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns using the Growtropicals brand name or any variations thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, search engines, social media platforms, and other online advertising channels.
Commission Structure:
- Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the order value of sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commission is calculated on the order value excluding shipping and VAT (Value Added Tax).
- Commission will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
Payment of Commissions:
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.
- If the minimum payout threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached.
- Payments will be made via the payment method selected during registration. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote Growtropicals through blogs, websites, social media, and other online platforms.
- Affiliates must use only the approved marketing materials provided by Growtropicals.
- Affiliates are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about Growtropicals products and services.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing online marketing and advertising.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their website and promotional activities do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Termination:
- Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Upon termination, affiliates must remove all links, banners, and promotional materials related to Growtropicals from their websites and platforms.
Modification of Terms:
- Growtropicals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
- Continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability:
- Growtropicals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits.
Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Growtropicals is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By joining the Growtropicals Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
