2. Enrollment
• To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the application via the Awin platform.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
• You must ensure that your affiliate account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• You will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or offensive activities in connection with your participation in the program.
4. Promotional Methods
• Affiliates are encouraged to promote Feelrlive’s products using ethical and legal means.
• Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to, spam, misleading advertising, and cookie stuffing. Please enquire for more details on specific prohibited methods.
• Affiliates must not bid on any trademarked terms of Feelrlive in any pay-per-click search engines.
5. Commissions
• You will earn commissions on qualifying sales made through your affiliate links as per the commission structure outlined in your Awin account, up to 30%.
• Commissions will be paid out according to Awin’s payment schedule and policies, which typically occur every 30 days.
• Feelrlive reserves the right to withhold commissions for transactions that are fraudulent, disputed, or deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. De-duplication of Sales
• We employ de-duplication processes to ensure that sales are attributed to only one marketing channel. This means that a sale will not be counted for both an affiliate and another advertising channel if multiple channels are involved.
• Sales will be credited to the channel deemed to have had the most significant influence according to our basic attribution model.
7. Term and Termination
• This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the program and will end when terminated by either party.
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
• Upon termination, you will immediately cease using and remove all links to Feelrlive’s website, and all Feelrlive trademarks, trade dress, and logos.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Feelrlive will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Changes to the Terms
• Feelrlive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Awin platform or by email.
