This Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Lolima ("Merchant") and all affiliates ("Affiliates") who participate in the Lolima affiliate program on the ShareASale platform.
1. Program Overview:
- The Merchant will provide Affiliates with promotional materials and tracking links to promote Lolima products on their websites.
- Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique tracking links.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Lolima products in a professional and ethical manner.
- Affiliates are not allowed to engage in pay per click bidding on keywords related to Lolima or www.shoplolima.com
3. Commission Structure:
- Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% on all sales made through their unique tracking links.
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $100.
4. Termination:
- The Merchant reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate who violates the terms of this Agreement.
- Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by giving written notice to the Merchant.
5. Confidentiality:
- Affiliates agree to keep all information related to the Lolima affiliate program confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability:
- The Merchant is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Affiliates as a result of participating in the Lolima affiliate program.
By participating in the Lolima affiliate program, Affiliates agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. The Merchant reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. It is the responsibility of the Affiliates to review the Agreement regularly for any changes.
