Impact Dog Crates Affiliate Agreement
By signing up as an affiliate partner with Impact Dog Crates, you indicate you agree to these terms and conditions.
Affiliates are not permitted to participate in any “cookie stuffing” or sharing of deceptive links/ codes.
Affiliates may only share discount codes or links provided by Impact Dog Crates directly through the affiliate program. Affiliates are not permitted to share coupon codes or affiliate links taken from any source other than Impact Dog Crates.
Impact Dog Crates does not allow for affiliate links to be shared on coupon code/ discount code websites.
Only affiliate codes and links provided by Impact Dog Crates to the affiliate are eligible for commission.
Affiliates who violate these terms and conditions will be rejected or removed from the affiliate program.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from doing any advertising as Impact Dog Crates.
ENROLLMENT
Please allow 48 hours for your application to be approved or rejected by Impact Dog Crates. Any questions about the status of your application can be directed to kendall.wolford@impactdogcrates.com.
WEBSITE LINKING
Affiliates have the right to share links on the domain visible on their affiliate profile. To share Impact Dog Crates links or coupon codes on additional domains, permission must be given by our team. Please contact kendall.wolford@impactdogcrates.com for information.
Affiliates have the right to deep-link to product pages found on the official website of Impact Dog Crates (www.impactdogcrates.com).
RESTRICTIONS & PPC GUIDELINES
Affiliates are not permitted to carry out any PPC activity. Affiliates are not permitted to participate in any PPC bidding on the following keywords: “Impact Dog Crates” on any search engine. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any misspellings or variations of the brand name. We do not allow affiliates to carry out any paid shopping advertising using the Impact Dog Crates brand name.
Framing of the Impact Dog Crates website is prohibited.
DOMAINS
Purchasing or designing websites to impersonate or resemble Impact Dog Crates is strictly prohibited. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using copyrighted & trademarked terms belonging to Impact Dog Crates as part of the domain, sub-folder, or sub-domain of your website URL.
COOKIE DURATION
Affiliates of Impact Dog Crates will receive a 45-day cookie duration.
EMAIL MARKETING
All email marketing must get permission from Impact Dog Crates before publishing. Contact kendall.wolford@impactdogcrates.com.
BRAND & MEDIA
Affiliates must not alter media provided by Impact Dog Crates. Making edits to logos, products, or brand names is strictly prohibited. Affiliates must not misspell the brand name: Impact Dog Crates.
BRAND GUIDELINES
Affiliates must represent the brand in an appropriate manner. The provided brand guidelines must be followed, including the proper use of the appropriate brand name, logos, and products. Affiliates must not engage in behavior that may potentially harm the brand’s image, including but not limited to creating spam content, promoting false information or discounts, misleading viewers, cookie stuffing, and making defamatory statements. The use of outdated information or media is not permitted. The brand image and likeness must not be used in conjunction with offensive content, including but not limited to:
Explicit or offensive language and content.
Content or language promoting animal cruelty, neglect, and other harm directed towards animals.
Content promoting violence or other illegal activities.
Content promoting discrimination based on sex, race, religious orientation, sexual orientation, etc.
Other content that may be interpreted as being offensive or threatening.
Affiliates agree to not share materials belonging to Impact Dog Crates in a misleading manner or a manner that may portray the brand in a false light. To avoid violating these terms, we encourage you to direct all questions to kendall.wolford@impactdogcrates.com.
Impact Dog Crates retains all control over copyrighted, trademarked, and owned materials. The use of copyrighted, trademarked, or owned material belonging to Impact Dog Crates in inappropriate or unpermitted manners may result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.
TERMINATION
Impact Dog Crates has the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with notification being provided to the affiliate. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in termination.
DISCOUNT/ COUPON WEBSITES
Impact Dog Crates does participate in affiliate marketing with discount/ coupon code websites. Content Monetization Platforms are not permitted to share affiliate links with publishers of discount codes or coupon codes websites. If unapproved affiliate links are found on discount/ coupon code websites, our team will be in contact to request removal.
FTC GUIDELINES
All affiliates must be in compliance with all FTC guidelines.
MODIFICATION
Impact Dog Crates is permitted to change the terms and conditions of this affiliate program agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes made to this agreement. An affiliate's continued participation in the Impact Dog Crates affiliate program indicates that they understand and agree to all current and modified terms & conditions.
