1. PPC Compliance (Pay Per Click) - any and all brand bidding (trademarks, company name, domain names – and any misspellings) not allowed.
2. Coupon Compliance - SEO and TM+ bidding are not allowed for coupon promotions.
3. Domain Registration - affiliates are prohibited and must be authorized by Tulip.
4. Link Cloaking - link cloaking prohibited and must be authorized by Tulip.
5. Compliance with Search Engine Rules - affiliates must follow the editorial guidelines of each search engine. For example, the landing page must match the display URL, and no redirects or jump pages that immediately redirect to the Tulip website.
6. Ad Copy and Landing Page Copy - affiliates are prohibited from promoting old invalid offers that have expired.
7. Fraudulent Commissions - affiliates are prohibited from fraudulent activities like cookie stuffing, link interception and falsifying orders.
