Brand Name & Domain Usage
Always use the exact brand name: ASJMREYE. Do not abbreviate, alter, or translate the brand name.
Domain registration: You are strictly prohibited from registering any domain that includes our brand name or any confusingly similar variation.
Social media handles: Do not create any social media accounts or profiles using our brand name.
Paid search/brand bidding: You may not bid on our brand name (or any misspellings/variations) as keywords in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search engine.
2. Trademark & Logo Usage
Only use official logo files provided by us. Any modification (e.g., changing colors, proportions, adding effects) is prohibited without prior written approval.
Maintain clear space around the logo – do not place it over busy backgrounds or compress/stretch the image.
Use high-resolution assets only. Do not overlay text or other graphics on the logo.
3. Brand Visuals & Voice
Visual style: Our brand represents clean, modern, and comfortable home living. Use only official product images provided by us. Do not edit or add unauthorized text or watermarks.
Tone of voice: Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Avoid overly aggressive sales language or false urgency.
Examples of approved messaging:
“The Living Room Recliner That Does More”
“Relax, unwind, and save”
“Comfort designed for your home”
4. Prohibited Messaging & Claims
Do not make any health or medical claims – e.g., “cures back pain,” “relieves arthritis,” “treats medical conditions.”
Do not use false or misleading claims – e.g., “cheapest on the internet,” “best quality guaranteed” (without evidence), or “miracle product.”
Do not compare our products to competitors in a disparaging or unverified manner.
5. Content & Promotion Guidelines
All promotional content must accurately describe the product. Do not misrepresent features, pricing, or availability.
Affiliate disclosure: Clearly state that you are an affiliate partner (e.g., “We earn a commission from qualifying purchases”) as required by FTC guidelines.
Coupon codes: Only promote codes that are officially assigned to you through the Awin system. Do not create or share your own codes.
Email marketing: Subject lines must not be misleading. Include a clear unsubscribe link in every email. You may not email any purchased or rented lists.
Cookie stuffing / forced clicks: Strictly prohibited. All traffic must be legitimate and user-initiated.
6. Prohibited Practices
The following activities are grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions:
Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate links.
Using browser extensions, pop-ups, or any third-party software that intercepts or modifies affiliate clicks.
Promoting our products on websites that contain hate speech, pornography, violence, or illegal content.
Using spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bots to generate traffic.
Any form of cookie stuffing, link masking, or fraudulent activity.
7. Consequences of Breach
Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or prohibited messaging may result in commission reversal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the affiliate program.
Violations may also lead to legal action if trademark or copyright infringement is involved.
We reserve the right to review all affiliate activities and withhold payment for any fraudulent or non-compliant transactions.
8. Disclaimer
