PowerSmart Affiliate Program Policy Overview
To participate in the PowerSmart Affiliate Program, affiliates must complete and submit a registration form. Once approved, affiliates may begin promoting PowerSmart products immediately. However, participation is subject to ongoing review and may be suspended or terminated at PowerSmart’s sole discretion without prior notice.
Sites deemed unsuitable for the program include those that:
Promote illegal, violent, or sexually explicit content
Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Are otherwise inconsistent with the values and brand integrity of PowerSmart
Program Restrictions:
Affiliate links may only appear on the sites listed in the original application
Use of “PowerSmart” in domains or subdomains is prohibited
Bidding on brand terms (including misspellings or variations) on paid search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) is not permitted
Orders for parts and accessories (e.g. items with “battery,” “parts,” etc. in the title) will be voided and not commissionable
