AntEyeCam – Branding & Trademark Usage Guidelines
To protect brand integrity and ensure a positive customer experience, all affiliates promoting AntEyeCam must comply with the following branding guidelines.
1. Brand Name Usage
Affiliates may use the AntEyeCam brand name only for descriptive purposes, such as:
Product reviews
Comparisons
Educational or informational content
The brand name must be written correctly and not altered.
2. Prohibited Brand Usage
Affiliates may NOT:
Represent themselves as the “official,” “authorized,” or “exclusive” AntEyeCam store or partner
Use the AntEyeCam brand name (or variations/misspellings) in:
Domain names
Display URLs
Social media handles
Imitate AntEyeCam’s website design, branding, or messaging in a way that may confuse customers
3. Logo & Creative Assets
AntEyeCam logos, product images, or creative assets may only be used if officially provided by AntEyeCam
Affiliates may not alter logos, remove watermarks, or create their own branded visuals implying official status
4. Paid Advertising & PPC Compliance
Affiliates must follow AntEyeCam’s paid search (PPC) policy at all times
Brand bidding, brand terms in ad copy, and brand display URLs are strictly prohibited
Affiliates running PPC campaigns must add “AntEyeCam” and brand variations as negative keywords
5. Claims & Compliance
Affiliates must not make misleading, exaggerated, or illegal claims about AntEyeCam products
No promotion encouraging unlawful surveillance, spying without consent, or misuse of recording devices
All promotions must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising regulations
6. Enforcement
AntEyeCam reserves the right to:
Reverse commissions
Suspend or remove affiliates
Take corrective action for any breach of these guidelines or program terms
These guidelines are intended to protect both the AntEyeCam brand and our affiliate partners while ensuring transparent and compliant promotion.
