Piccalio AWIN Program Terms
1. Terms of Service
By participating in the Piccalio affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable AWIN network policies. Piccalio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time with prior notice (see “Notice Period” below). Participation in the program is at Piccalio’s discretion, and we may suspend or remove affiliates who do not adhere to these guidelines.
2. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn between 3% – 10% commission on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns). Commission rates may vary based on performance, content quality, or promotional periods.
3. Notice Periods
Piccalio will provide 7 days’ notice before making changes to program terms, commission rates, or website content that may impact tracking or conversion.
4. Approved Publishers
We welcome partnerships with content creators, bloggers, influencers, and editorial websites that align with our brand values. We do not work with:
- Adult content, gambling, or other non-family-friendly content
- Publishers engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or spam-based marketing tactics
5. De-Duplication & Attribution
Piccalio operates across multiple marketing channels. Sales will be attributed to the last valid click within AWIN tracking. Orders already attributed to other channels (e.g., paid search, direct partnerships, or email campaigns) may be excluded from commission.
6. PPC Permissions
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on search engines or social platforms using Piccalio brand terms, misspellings, or variations is not permitted without prior written approval. Bidding on competitors’ brand terms in association with Piccalio products is prohibited. Affiliates interested in PPC campaigns must contact us for review and written authorization.
7. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Piccalio accurately and may only use approved creative assets provided in the AWIN interface or directly by our team. Unauthorized use of trademarks, images, or copy from Piccalio.com is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Using false or misleading claims to promote Piccalio products
Cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or other fraudulent tactics
Posting unauthorized discounts or expired offers
9. Termination
Piccalio reserves the right to terminate participation in the program at any time for breach of these terms or for activities deemed harmful to our brand.
