Please read the following terms and conditions before joining our Shareasale affiliate program. Joining this program is entering into a partnership between the joining individuals and Hong Kong Growatt New Energy co ltd. of www.GrowattPortable.com and adjoining sites. Affiliates receiving sales commission through this program are only permitted to use links and coupons in relation to Growatt provided through the program. Affiliate links must be directed to a page directly on your own website, and you may not use the domain names of Growatt’s websites directly in your URL linking, your site’s name must be apparent. Search terms or placement bidding including PPC are not permitted to use any of our trademarked terms, near terms, or any terms considered to be apparently exclusive and core to the business of Growatt, and it is not permitted to conduct the related affiliations as if Growatt is promoting affiliate material directly without explicit permission. It is not permitted to provide any advertising of direct links to our websites or by using redirect links that accomplish the same goal. Social media pages created to appear as direct affiliates, partners, and sales sites are not permitted. Printing and distribution of affiliate material outside of the standard and customary channels is not permitted. All correspondence from affiliates towards potential third parties must not appear as if coming directly from Growatt. All communications from affiliates to any third parties must abide by any regulatory laws and statues in place in all jurisdictions. Affiliates are required by law to clearly disclose their partnership publicly to any third parties, this should be done in all circumstances where the partnership is being used in conjunction with advertising or presentation to third parties or in the public. If affiliates have received a product for review from Growatt partnerships directly, this and thew general agreement must also be disclosed in the same manner. Growatt goes not guarantee that following these guidelines will ensure total compliance with any such regulations and affiliates are advised to seek legal counsel for further clarity.
