If you're needing to process a return, we've made it easy!
Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Shop Kristin Jones does not offer free return shipping.
1. Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags still attached may be returned for store credit.
2. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
3. Jewelry and hair products/accessories are final sale.
4. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed.
6. Once your return has been processed, you will then be sent an email containing an E-Gift card code in the amount of the item returned not including any initial shipping charges.
Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.
