The Truffleist Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Truffleist Affiliate Program on Awin. By enrolling in our program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, which govern participation in The Truffleist’s affiliate marketing program. Please read carefully before joining.
1. Program Overview
The Affiliate Program is operated through Awin.
Affiliates promote The Truffleist products using approved tracking links, banners, and creative provided through the Awin platform.
Affiliates earn a 7% commission on qualifying sales generated through their tracked links.
2. Commission Structure
Standard commission rate: 7% of net sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
Commissions are tracked and paid through the Awin platform, subject to Awin’s standard reporting and payout schedule.
No commission will be paid on orders that are:
Returned or refunded.
Cancelled due to fraud or payment issues.
Generated through self-referrals, coupon misuse, or prohibited practices.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
Only use approved marketing materials provided by The Truffleist or created with prior written approval.
Accurately represent The Truffleist products, brand, and pricing.
Disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines and all applicable advertising laws.
Maintain websites, social media, or promotional platforms that align with The Truffleist’s brand values and do not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Engage in keyword bidding on “The Truffleist” or variations/misspellings in paid search campaigns.
Use unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotions not provided via Awin.
Mislead customers with false claims, spam tactics, or deceptive practices.
Promote The Truffleist on websites containing hate speech, violence, adult content, or illegal activities.
Purchase products through their own affiliate links for personal use.
5. Intellectual Property
The Truffleist grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use provided logos, product images, and creative solely for participation in the affiliate program.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of The Truffleist.
6. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice or through the Awin platform.
The Truffleist reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the brand’s reputation.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all The Truffleist creative assets and tracking links.
7. Modification of Terms
The Truffleist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified through Awin of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Truffleist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with the program.
The Affiliate acknowledges participation is at their own risk and that commissions are contingent upon accurate tracking through Awin.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in The Truffleist Affiliate Program on Awin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
