Commissions are most commonly declined due to a sale been allocated to a different marketing channel or same order being recorded twice. This will be flagged in the decline reason.
A Quarter Of allow the below promotional types of affiliates on the programme:
- Cashback
- Community
- Content
- Discount Code
- Email
- Loyalty
Sites with the below content are not allowed:
Unsuitable Sites include, but are not limited to, those that:
- Infringe trademark rights of A Quarter Of
- Contain sexually explicit materials;
- Contain hate/violent/offensive content;
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other grounds;
- Promote illegal activities or otherwise violate any applicable laws, including those targeting "spyware," "adware,” or SPAM;
- Violate any intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, scraping text or images from Virgin Media or its affiliates; websites;
- Do not clearly state an online privacy policy to their visitors;
- Use misleading or fraudulent means to prompt clicks;
- Otherwise are considered offensive or inappropriate at A Quarter Of’s sole discretion.
Subnetworks
- If you operate a subnetwork through your publisher account you must inform the A Quarter Of affiliate team and a list of all URLs promoting A Quarter Of should be supplied. A Quarter Of reserve the right to decline individual URLs if not deemed editorially appropriate.
- Any URL providing more than 5% of your sales volume should be tracked into a secondary PID for legal and audit purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing with A Quarter Of.
- Any URL which joins a subnetwork will join on the Standard Awin Programme rates unless agreed otherwise in writing with A Quarter Of.
- Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in immediate removal from the A Quarter Of programme of either the URL and / or where necessary, the subnetwork.
Disputed transactions
The merchant will investigate disputed transactions within 75 days from submission.
Affiliate Removals
A Quarter Of will review all affiliates on a quarterly basis who have been inactive for the past three months. Inactive is defined in this instance as any affiliate who has not driven a sale within that time period. This may result in removal from the programme. Those affiliates who have been removed through inactivity are welcome to re-apply to the programme, but must go through the approval process once again.
If the Affiliate’s website or app (“Site”) is determined (in A Quarter Of’s sole discretion) to be unsuitable based for the Programme, A Quarter Of may terminate these Terms and the Affiliate’s participation on the Programme with immediate effect.
Bidding on Brand terms (PPC)
Any affiliate bidding on A Quarter Of’s brand terms without explicit written permission will have commissions set to zero and A Quarter Of will decline previous transactions deemed to have been generated from PPC activity.
