Welcome to Olive Oil Lovers! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. The following terms and conditions apply to individuals participating in the program both as a merchant (“we,” “us,” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to our products or services. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any way.
Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
Affiliate Links and Coupon
Your affiliate link is generated automatically upon approval. You may also create links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks on multiple affiliate links, the last one clicked will receive credit for the referral.
Affiliates may be assigned coupon codes for promotional purposes following approval from our affiliate manager. If you have not been assigned a coupon code, you are not permitted to promote or share any coupons.
Affiliates may promote the Olive Oil Lovers website through online channels (e.g., social media, search engines) or offline channels (e.g., magazines, newspapers, classified ads).
Commissions and Payments
Commissions are calculated based on our current commission structure and apply only to the net order value (excluding shipping and taxes). To receive payments, you must provide accurate payment information in your account settings.
Payments are issued for transactions completed at least 30 days prior. Transactions that are subject to chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. All referral activity is subject to review under our fair use policy.
Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional assets such as banners, logos, and campaign materials. You may download or embed these assets for use in your affiliate marketing channels.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals. For tracking to work, the customer's browser must accept cookies. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, we cannot track their activity and cannot award commissions.
The duration of the tracking window ("cookie days") is stated on the Affiliate registration form. During this window, any order made by a referred customer will automatically generate a commission—even if the customer does not click the affiliate link again.
Affiliate Conduct Expectations
Affiliates are expected to uphold the values of the Olive Oil Lovers brand and its partners. Specifically, affiliates must not:
- Make purchases for personal or household use using their affiliate link or code.
- Use coarse, vulgar, or offensive language in content related to the brand.
- Use misleading or deceptive tactics, including negative or misleading keyword targeting.
- Promote content targeting specific health claims or conditions without prior approval.
- Engage in branded keyword bidding for pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns.
Violations of these terms may result in removal from the program at our discretion.
Removal from the Program
To voluntarily exit the program, contact us at marketing@oliveoillovers.com. We’re grateful for your interest and participation. We also reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. In cases of violation of these terms, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or your participation in the program.
