Violate intellectual property rights Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of Colorfulkoala.com This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may Colorfulkoala.com Affiliate Referral links are placed on sites not registered with Colorfulkoala.com. Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain Not allowed to bid on brand's name, trademarks, the brand’s name and domain name (including misspellings and variations) on Adwords, Adcenter,etc... Publishers are also required to negative match these terms in their PPC campaigns. Not allowed to use of display url Not allowed to use direct linking, includes through content networks Not allowed Site under/pop under/adware Not allowed Browser extensions/ plug-in, chrome extensions Not allowed use any technology that covers up the coupon code and generates the affiliate click by revealing the code. * Regarding coupon websites, please note that commissions will be paid only when customers make purchases using coupons that are published on our ShareASale Creatives, which means commission of coupon websites won't be paid if one transaction is placed without coupons, or is placed with coupons that are not published on the ShareASale platform. So if your websites belong to coupon sites, please only publish coupons that we uploaded to ShareASale platform on your websites, and please help remove other coupons or discount deals from your websites.
