1. Terms and Conditions
1.1 Affiliates may not bid on Flycurvy trademark terms on Google?Bing/Yahoo and other pay-per-click search engines, including international versions.
1.2 All contextual advertisements on Google?Bing/Yahoo and other pay-per-click search engines or display advertisements from criteo are not allowed.
1.3 Affiliates MAY NOT use www.flycurvy.com in the display URL at any PPC search engine or various content network sections. Alternative spellings of our domain name are also not permitted, including but not limited to www.flycurvy.com, www.flycurvy.com, www. flycurvy.net, etc. See direct linking policy below for additional information.
1.4 Affiliates may not include "Official Site" or make representations that your advertisement is from Flycurvy.
1.5 Affiliates may not bid on Flycurvy + "term" on Google, Bing/Yahoo, and other search engines. Example: Flycurvy reviews, Flycurvy discounts, etc.
1.6 Flycurvy terms include all the following and any potential misspellings not shown here:

• Fly curvy
• Fly.curvy
• FlyCurvy coupon(s)
• FlyCurvy promo code(s)

2. Direct to Merchant / Landing Pages
2.1 Direct-to-merchant linking is not permitted on Google, Yahoo/Bing and other pay-per-click search engines. Affiliates may not use our URL in the display URL on any PPC advertisement.
2.2 Domain misspellings are not allowed in the display URL on any advertisement including but not limited to www.Flycurvy.com, www.Flycurvy.net, www.Fly-curvy.com, etc.
3. Promotion Restriction:
Advertising commonly referred to as "spamming" is unacceptable to us and could cause damage to our name. Other generally prohibited forms of advertising include the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, you may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address. You may use mailings to customers to promote www.flycurvy.com so long as the recipient is already a customer or subscriber of your services or web site, and recipients have the option to remove themselves from future mailings. Also, you may post to newsgroups to promote www.flycurvy.com so long as the news group specifically welcomes commercial messages. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from www.flycurvy.com. If it comes to our attention that you are spamming, we will consider that cause for immediate termination of this Agreement and your participation in the Flycurvy Affiliate Program. Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation.
4. When Violation Happens
We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to expel any trademark violator from our affiliate program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such PPC bidding behavior.
From time to time, Flycurvy may review the PPC policy for changes in the way search engines operate or changes in Flycurvy 's philosophy. Any changes made to the PPC Policy will be announced via the Flycurvy affiliate newsletter and posted on the Flycurvy website. Affiliates are given no less than 7 business days to comply with any new PPC terms before a first violation is cited on the affiliate's account.
