Please read carefully the conditions of work with the SuncentAuto affiliate program - by submitting an application for connection, you automatically agree with them. If you have any questions about working with the offer, you can always contact SuncentAuto team to clarify the information.
All promotional logos need to comply with SuncentAuto-VIS requirements, as follows:
1.1 Brand Application - “SuncentAuto” should be shown in the correct way. This specification applies to product descriptions, design drawings, etc. Any other forms that violate the VI specification like “Suncent Auto”, ”Suncent auto” and “Suncetauto” are forbidden for sure.
Irregularities:
2.1 It is not allowed to use SuncentAuto logo as the profile picture and write SuncentAuto in the bio in the name of SuncentAuto official (for SNS publishers and publishers using app promotion)
2.2 Follow the SNS social network promotion specifications. It is not allowed to use the official account of SuncentAuto, and it is not allowed to use related gifts named with SuncentAuto (except for those authorized separately).
2.3 It is not allowed to use false promotional advertisements other than SuncentAuto. Such as, exaggerating discounts, false copywriting, and so on. Please pay attention to the change of discounts on our sites, and modify your promotional copywriting immediately. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the loss.
Brand bidding/Abnormal traffic:
3.1 Any paid advertising requiring the addition of keywords (including contextual and targeted) prohibits the use of the SuncentAuto trademark name, as well as all derivatives (including case-sensitive, typos, transcriptions, and errors when changing the language layout: SuncentAuto, Suncent, Suncentauto, Suncent auto). It is also forbidden to use the SuncentAuto brand name as a keyword in combination with another word: SuncentAuto to buy, SuncentAuto news, a review on SuncentAuto, SuncentAuto website and any other similar options. It is also not permitted to use the advertiser’s company name in his link , heading or advertising text of the advertisement.
3.2 Our affiliates are allowed to use our TM (SuncentAuto)+coupon/code for bidding, it must be an exact match. While TM directly or TM+any other keywords (like SuncentAuto review) are forbidden for sure.
3.3 Abnormal traffic
We don’t allow publishers to buy lots of spam traffic to pull down our conversion rate. We don't allow publishers to use fraudulent ways to increase sales.
Punishment:
4.1 In irregularities of article above, we will inform you to remove illegal account immediately. If you repeatedly violate the rules, the commission you have generated won’t be paid, and our partnership will end.
4.2 In irregularities of Abnormal traffic above, we will inform you to remove spam traffic and optimize your traffic as soon as possible, or we will stop collaboration with you. For using fraudulent ways to increase sales amount, we won’t pay any commission and stop collaborating with you immediately.
WEBSITE RESTRICTIONS
1. Your participating website(s) ("Your Website") may not:
- Infringe on our or any anyone else's intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.
- Violate any law, rule or regulation.
- Contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contain nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.
- Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
- Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.
- Mislead customers as to the products or services available on Your Website or on the SuncentAuto website, located at https://www.suncentauto.com/ (the "SuncentAuto Site").
- Conduct any activity that discredit the SuncentAuto brand.
SuncentAuto reserves all rights for the final interpretation of this policy.
