Puffer Hug Affiliate Terms & Conditions
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Puffer Hug, and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the Shareasale service ("the Service").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our Puffer Hug affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to working with you.
Terms and Conditions:
• Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keyword "Puffer Hug", misspellings or combinations.
• Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of Puffer Hug.
• Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Puffer Hug website.
- Using the Puffer Hug brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.affiliate.com/pufferhug) – NOT ALLOWED
- Using the Puffer Hug brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.pufferhug.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
• Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not permitted.
• Affiliates need to get prior approval from Puffer Hug, if they wish to send out any emails about the program.
• Any page containing Puffer Hug links, banners, or codes must be written in English
• You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content (Spam emails are not permitted).
• Content used must be from our Creative Banners, Videos, and Text Links Library via ShareASale
• Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
• Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register, or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
• Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
• Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
• Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
• Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to e-mail you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
COOKIES
Puffer Hug operates a 30 day-cookie policy
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Affiliate Program.
AFFILIATE PAYMENT
The affiliate commission will be pre-approved after the order has been placed and confirmed by Puffer Hug.

Failure to abide by these rules will result in the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions. Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
