JOVS Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Important Notice: These terms govern your participation in the JOVS Affiliate Program across all affiliate networks. They constitute a binding legal agreement. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by all terms herein. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify you by email.
Definitions
1)“JOVS”,“we”,“us”, or “our” refers to JOVS Inc. and its official websites;
2)“You”or “your” refers to the affiliate (publisher);
3)“Program” refers to the JOVS Affiliate Program;
4)“Affiliate Network” refers to the third-party platform (e.g., Awin, impact.com, etc.) through which the Program is managed.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
Please submit a complete application, including all websites you use, to help us understand your platform. Our team aims to review all submissions within 48 business hours. We may decline applications if the website content is not a suitable match or contains inappropriate material. We reserve the right to reject any application, but welcome you to contact us if you wish to discuss a decision.
2. Commission Structure & Payment
1) Calculation Basis: Commissions are calculated on the net product price only, excluding VAT/sales tax, shipping, gift wrapping, and any fees.
2) Rates: 4%~8%
3) Validation & Payout:
○ To ensure transaction validity, all sales are subject to a 50-day validation period. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or identified as fraudulent within this period will not generate commission.
○ The standard tracking cookie duration is 45 days.
○ Commission payouts are processed by your affiliate network according to its payment schedule.
4) No commission will be paid on the following:
○ Gift card purchases.
○ Orders originating from restricted geographic regions.
○ Any sale generated in violation of this Agreement (e.g., through prohibited channels like brand PPC).
○ Orders that are cancelled, returned, identified as fraudulent, or where the customer fails the credit check.
3.Allowed Channels
○ Community/Forum
○ Approved Sub-networks
○ Coupon/Deal/Discount Sites
○ Content Creators & Publishers (e.g.,bloggers/vloggers/influencers/editorial/review websites)
○ Approved Loyalty/Cashback Platforms
○ Product Comparison Shopping Engines
4.Forbidden Advertising Channels/Tactics
○ Media Brokers (any entity that does not own the media where ads are placed)
○ Incentivized/Deceptive Traffic (e.g., paid pop-ups/click-unders, doorway pages, but excluding approved browser-based savings tools)
○ Retargeting/Remarketing (using tracking pixels or cookies to serve ads to users who have visited our site)
○ Unauthorized Email/SMS/or Push Notification Marketing
○ Promotion on illegal sites or sites containing sexually explicit material/ violence/ discriminatory content.
○ Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on, using, or otherwise targeting any of the following through Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media ads, or any other paid media:
a. The terms“JOVS”and all misspellings, abbreviations, translations, or variations.
b. Any combination of our brand with other words (e.g.,“JOVS coupon”，“buy JOVS”，“JOVS official”).
c. Our domain names (e.g., jovs.com) or any misleading variations.
d. This prohibition applies to all match types (broad, phrase, exact) and extends to all advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
5.Publicity Restrictions
○ Brand Assets & Approval: You must obtain our prior written approval for any use of JOVS logos, trademarks, or claims of endorsement. Any major promotional content (e.g., detailed reviews, articles) featuring JOVS may also require prior approval.
○ Misrepresentation: You must not modify our logos, claim to be an official representative or partner of JOVS, or engage in drop shipping.
○ Fraud: Any fraudulent activity (e.g., using bots, iframes, click farms, cookie stuffing, or manually inflating clicks/sales) to generate commissions is strictly prohibited.
○ Prohibited Techniques: “Framing” or “wrapping” our website, domain spoofing, DNS hijacking, and any other “black hat” techniques are forbidden.
6.Brand Assets, FTC & Compliance
You must obtain our written approval before using any JOVS trademark, logo, or proprietary creative material. All promotions must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC and local advertising guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored).
7. Coupon Code Usage
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes officially provided through the JOVS affiliate program. Publishing any codes from other sources is prohibited unless written authorization is obtained.
Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for providing you with linking information, processing all orders from your links, tracking your sales, and handling all customer service, including shipping and returns.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the comments, descriptions and articles on your website comply with applicable copyright laws, Federal Trade Commission disclosure requirements and other laws. When using copyrighted or other proprietary materials of third parties, you must obtain explicit permission. We are not responsible for any violations.
Consequences for Violation
Violations of these terms may result in the voiding of commissions, suspension of payouts, or termination from the JOVS affiliate program.

JOVS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through email or a notification within the affiliate network platform. Your continued participation in the Program following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to these changes, you have the option to terminate your participation in this program.
