**Welcome to the SUPESU Affiliate Program!** You have been hand selected to participate in our exclusive affiliate program. Below you will find our program terms in USD. If you have any questions, please contact us at [outreach@supesu.com].
**1. Commissions**
Affiliates that refer customers to supesu.com through a **unique link** provided by SUPESU. Affiliates will receive **10% of all sales** generated through their unique link during the eligible referral period of 30 days.
**2. Sales**
Once a sale has been generated through your affiliate link (minimum value of $25), you can view real time status updates on your earnings when you login onto the Affiliate Portal.
**3. No Cost**
This program is free to join. However you must have a Paypal account that can receive the commissions you've earned. SUPESU is unable to pay via any other method, and outstanding balances will only be paid through Paypal.
**4. Affiliate Eligibility**
To join the SUPESU Affiliate Program, you must first receive our written approval. If you haven't received approval already, please contact [outreach@supesu.com]. Once approved, we will activate your affiliate account for you to start earning ~
**5. Referral Links & Referee Discounts**
SUPESU will provide affiliates **unique affiliate links** that can be shared with their audience for **15% off** their purchase. Affiliate links have a **30 day cookie** period. Affiliates are responsible for their own content quality and linking frequency in ensuring that referee sales are completed through their linked content. Sales performance will be the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
**6. Payment**
Payment is made through Paypal only. The system will pay out automatically at the end of each month to your paypal account. Commissions are paid after a 14 day holding period on a minimum balance of $10.
**7. Returns**
To prevent fraud and misuse of our affiliate program, if a referred customer cancels or returns their product, the commission of the purchase will automatically be deducted from your account subtotal. However, based on our experience, this only happens on the rare occasion ~
**8. Content**
When promoting SUPESU's content and products and promotions, the affiliate may not misrepresent SUPESU or SUPESU's content, products, and promotions. Any damages that arise as a result of false or misconstrued information issued by the affiliate will be the affiliate's sole responsibility.
**9. Non-Compete**
Affiliates agree to not engage in competitive practices that could harm the brand and brand operations including but not limited to brand name search bidding (also known as TM+ bidding) on Google or any other paid advertising platform, spam links, grave yard linking, and/or issuance of fake coupon codes. SUPESU reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time.
**10. USA Affiliates & Nexus**
Affiliates holding United States citizenship agree to not engage in solicitation activities that would cause nexus for SUPESU-related content and our brand. USA affiliates will be required to sign a non-solicitation agreement avoiding nexus to be renewed annually.
