We're excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing how you creatively promote our brand. To ensure a successful and professional partnership, please take note of the following terms and guidelines:

✅ General Guidelines

We encourage unique, authentic promotion styles — but a few important restrictions apply to protect the HAVA brand and maintain integrity across all channels:

Prohibited Content

Affiliates may not promote HAVA on websites or platforms that include or endorse any of the following:

• Bullying, harassment, or hate speech
• Threats or impersonation
• Unwanted sexual content (non-image-based)
• Violence, self-harm, or suicide
• Pornography or explicit adult material

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Restrictions

• The HAVA brand name (including misspellings) must not be used as a keyword in PPC campaigns on any search engine.
• Product names such as HAVA R01, HAVA R09, HAVA T01, HAVA T02 (including variations and misspellings) are also prohibited in PPC keyword targeting.

Domain Name Use

Affiliates are not permitted to use the HAVA brand name, or any variation/misspelling of it, in their domain names or URLs.

Accuracy & Integrity

• All promotional content must be truthful and factually accurate.
• Misleading information or unconfirmed claims about HAVA or its products are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must not distribute spam messages, emails, or bulk communications in HAVA’s name.

Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not refer themselves or the company they work for in order to earn commission.

Coupon Policy

• Only official coupon codes provided by HAVA may be used in affiliate promotions.
• Use of expired or unauthorized third-party coupon codes is strictly prohibited.
