These terms are designed to ensure the success of our Waverles Affiliate Program and to protect both our brand and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate’s responsibility to ensure compliance at all times.

As used in the following Terms:
(i) “Waverles.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Waverles, LLC.
(ii) “You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate.
(iii) “Our Website” refers to the Waverles properties located at https://www.waverles.com.
(iv) “Your Website” refers to any websites, social media pages, or digital channels that link to our Website.
(v) “Program” refers to the Waverles Affiliate Program operated through AWIN.

After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of acceptance or rejection within 72 business hours (Mon–Fri).
We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion. If you believe your application has been rejected in error, you may contact us for reconsideration. Please ensure all websites and channels you intend to use are listed in your AWIN profile for transparency.

Upon acceptance into the Program, approved links and creatives will be available through the AWIN interface. You agree to only use linking code provided via AWIN and not alter or manipulate it in any way. All domains and platforms where links appear must be listed in your affiliate account.

You may not copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website, nor imply any formal partnership or misrepresent your relationship with Waverles.
Activities such as cookie stuffing, pop-ups, redirect masking, or false/misleading links are strictly prohibited.

Redirects are only permitted when the referring domain matches the domain where the affiliate link is placed.

If you participate in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, the following rules apply:

You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms or variations, including misspellings, across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask, or any other search or content network.

You may not use our brand name in ad titles, copy, display URLs, or as part of any keyword phrase (e.g., “Waverles coupons”).

Automated PPC campaigns must exclude our trademarked terms and include them as negative keywords.

Violations of trademark bidding will result in immediate forfeiture of commissions for a minimum of 30 days.

If your website promotes coupons or discounts, you must comply with the following:

Only affiliate-approved coupon codes issued via AWIN may be promoted.

Coupons obtained through non-affiliate sources (e.g., newsletters, social media, or paid ads) are not permitted.

All clickthroughs must link directly to Waverles.com; framing or masking is prohibited.

Cookie stuffing or presenting false/expired codes is strictly prohibited.

Transactions using non-approved or “refer-a-friend” codes will not earn commission.

If your community allows user-submitted codes, you must actively monitor and remove codes that violate these terms.

Any breach of these rules may result in reversed commissions and potential removal from the program.

Use of “Waverles” or any variation of our trademarks in your domain or subdomain is prohibited.

You may not create, publish, or distribute any promotional material referring to Waverles or our affiliate program without prior written consent.

If promoting via email marketing, you must:

Comply with applicable Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (2003) and CAN-SPAM laws.

Clearly state that emails are sent by you (not Waverles).

Submit the email copy to us for approval prior to distribution, or provide a copy upon request.

Affiliates may not bid on Waverles brand terms, use misspellings, or compete with our official search marketing campaigns under any circumstance.

Please ensure you read and comply with these Terms before joining our program.
Commission will only be awarded for valid sales tracked via AWIN using approved links and codes.
Any sales or transactions generated outside of AWIN tracking will not be eligible for commission.
