Dazuma Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in the Dazuma Affiliate Program. It governs the relationship between you ("Affiliate") and Dazuma ("Company") and the use of promotional links to drive traffic to our website: https://dazuma.us.
1. Definitions
- Customer: A user who visits Dazuma via your affiliate link.
- Affiliate / You: The individual or organization participating in our affiliate program by promoting Dazuma’s products and generating qualified traffic or sales.
2. Program Enrollment
To enroll, submit a complete application. Dazuma will approve or reject applications within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion. Rejected applicants may reapply at any time.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
You may not promote Dazuma if your content:
- Promotes adult content, violence, hate, or illegal activity
- Makes unverified medical claims
- Engages in SPAM (unsolicited communication)
SPAM is strictly prohibited. This includes unsolicited bulk emails, forum posts, or chat messages. Affiliates found spamming will be removed and may face legal action. Use only reputable opt-in lists or transactional emails with clear disclosure.
4. Use of Promotional Tools
We will provide creatives (banners, text links, coupons). You agree to:
- Only use Dazuma-approved materials
- Update creatives when instructed
- Not modify affiliate links, tracking, or mislead users
5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy
You are prohibited from bidding on Dazuma trademarks in any form:
- dazuma
- dazuma lighting
- dazuma home
- dazuma furniture
This includes ad copy, display URLs, or broad-match keywords. You may bid on competitor brand terms.
6. Our Responsibilities
Dazuma will provide tracking tools, creatives, and accurate sales reporting. We handle all order fulfillment, payments, shipping, and customer service.
7. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure compliance with FTC disclosure rules, copyright laws, and ethical marketing standards. Do not use third-party content without permission. Disclose affiliate relationships on all promotions.
8. Pricing & Policy Disclaimer
All Dazuma pricing and policies are subject to change. Do not list fixed prices unless explicitly approved, as inventory and pricing may vary.
9. Promotional Offers & Contests
Only use officially provided promo codes or discounts. Using unapproved offers or scraping competitor codes is not allowed. You may participate in approved Dazuma contests and campaigns when announced.
10. Trademark and Logo Use
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos and trademarks only for affiliate promotion. You may not alter branding or create derivative materials without written consent. Dazuma may revoke this license at any time.
11. Monitoring and Termination
Dazuma may audit your site at any time to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to terminate your participation for any violation of this agreement.
12. Google Shopping & Product Listings
Promotion via Google Shopping or PLA is prohibited unless you receive explicit written permission from Dazuma.
