The Boardsmith disallows any and all brand bidding (trademarks, company name, domain names – and any misspellings). The Boardsmith does not allow TM+ bidding in any way. If running PPC ads, all affiliates are required to add The Boardsmith brand names and variations of thereof as negative keywords for any promotions. Any use of our brand in searches will be cause for termination. In addition, affiliates are not allowed to promote coupons in association with our brand unless granted special permission. The use of choreographed SEO tactics to rank for our brand is also forbidden.
All sales attributed to an affiliate's link up to 7 days after the last click will constitute a sale for which an affiliate will receive a commission. If in the future that consumer repurchases outside of your link, the affiliate will not get a commission.
Our products and ads are not allowed to be used on sites sharing sensitive information, divisive information, or political information of any kind both from the left and right. We are allowed to use full discretion and can cancel the affiliate agreement at any time if we feel like these rules were violated. We will give notice 24 hours prior to the cancellation.
