Koala EcoShare a Sale Terms and ConditionsPlease read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before applying to join the Koala Eco affiliate program (“Program”). By applying to participate in the Program, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. APPLICATIONAfter receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection for participation in the Program. Please allow up to 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for your application to be approved. We reserve the right to reject any application. Please include all websites that you use in your profile.AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONSAffiliates MUST NOT:•bid on the keywords "Koala Eco", or any combinations or mis-spellings of this key word in Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any other search engine;•register, buy or use domains or sub-domains that include the words “Koala Eco” users may believe are associated with Koala Eco;•create websites that may impersonate the Koala Eco website;•mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code;•supplant the merchant's identity in social media by any means. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media;•advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign. Affiliates may only promote coupon codes except for those distributed by Koala Eco;•promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorisation from Koala Eco;•attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e., the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program;•“Frame” the Koala Eco website. On click through, you must link directly to our website;BREACH OF TERMSFailure to abide by these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Program and/or the forfeiture of commissions.Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud includes any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OR PROGRAM We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Program.
