SmartDNSProxy Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SmartDNSProxy Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), operated by Ctelekom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering or participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You will be required to acknowledge acceptance during registration at: https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/Affiliates
1. Enrolment in the Programme
1.1 Your enrolment is completed when you create an account on SmartDNSProxy.com. Once registered, you are automatically added as an Affiliate and may promote our services on your websites, blogs, channels, or similar platforms.
1.2 We may review your website(s) at any time to verify compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3 We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached any part of these Terms. Accounts are personal: you may not transfer, sell, or share access with any third party.
1.4 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
2. Relationship Between You and Ctelekom
2.1 We will provide you with approved affiliate materials (HTML links, banners, graphics, tracking URLs) within your Affiliate dashboard.
2.2 All HTML code must be used exactly as provided. Altering tracking code may result in missed commissions for which we accept no responsibility.
2.3 Graphic assets may not be modified without prior written permission. You may not create your own graphics that imply endorsement or association unless explicitly approved.
2.4 You must ensure that all affiliate links and creatives remain functional and are placed on appropriate pages on your website.
3. Pricing Information
3.1 You are responsible for displaying accurate pricing on your website.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Promotion Rules & Restrictions
4.1 You may not promote or sell subscriptions using any of the following prohibited methods:
Email spam
Comment spam
Black-hat or manipulative SEO tactics
Incentivised clicks or purchases
Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
4.2 Paid Search Restrictions
You may not bid on, purchase, or target any keywords (including misspellings, variations, or related terms) associated with our brand names or company names, including but not limited to:

Smart DNS Proxy
DNS Proxy
Global Stealth Network
Global Stealth
Global Stealth, Inc.
Ctelekom
This applies across all paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, Yandex, etc.).
4.3 You may not place affiliate links on websites that include or promote:
Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Copyright infringement, hacking, or file sharing
Any criminal or unlawful activity
4.4 You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a subscription for yourself.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights (“IP Rights”) in our website, content, graphics, code, text, images, and future updates remain the exclusive property of Ctelekom.
5.2 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use our trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting SmartDNSProxy through authorised affiliate links.

“Smart DNS”
“Global Stealth, Inc.”
5.3 You may not:
Use our trademarks in domain names (e.g., SmartDNSProxyCoupons.com)
Use branding in a manner that implies your site is operated by us
Edit or alter any official SmartDNSProxy videos or embedded links
5.4 You acknowledge that:
All trademarks remain the property of Ctelekom
No ownership rights are transferred
You may not challenge or dispute our trademarks
6. Changes to the Terms
6.1 We may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Programme will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
