Vegega Affiliate Program – Terms & ConditionsThese Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Vegega Affiliate Program (“Program”) via the Awin Network. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as Awin’s policies.
1. Program Enrollment
1.1. To participate, you must submit a valid application via the Awin platform.
1.2. Vegega reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reasons.
2. About Vegega
Vegega is a direct manufacturer and seller of premium modular metal raised garden beds. Our products are eco-friendly, durable, and designed for long-term outdoor gardening. We do not resell third-party products, ensuring the best quality and value for our customers.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As a Vegega affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Vegega products in a truthful, ethical, and lawful manner.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising laws.
Use only approved brand materials (images, videos, product descriptions) or request written permission for custom creative assets.
Ensure all promotional channels comply with Awin policies and these Terms.
4. Commission and Payments
4.1. Commission rates are listed in our Awin program profile and may be updated with reasonable notice.
4.2. Commissions are tracked and paid via Awin according to their standard payment schedule.
4.3. No commission will be paid for:
Self-referrals or orders placed by the affiliate.
Fraudulent, canceled, or refunded transactions.
Orders generated through prohibited promotional methods (see Section 5).
5. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates may not:
Bid on “Vegega” or any variations/misspellings in search engine advertising without prior written approval.
Use unauthorized coupons, discount codes, or cash-back incentives.
Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other deceptive tracking methods.
Promote Vegega on websites containing adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
Misrepresent product features, prices, or promotions.
6. Intellectual Property
Vegega grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and content solely for Program promotion. All rights remain the property of Vegega.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
7.2. Vegega reserves the right to terminate your participation immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or damage the Vegega brand.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vegega will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
