1. Participation
To participate in the ApolloLiftUS Affiliate Program, affiliates must complete and submit the registration form. Approved affiliates may participate immediately, subject to ongoing review by ApolloLiftUS.
ApolloLiftUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at its sole discretion if an affiliate’s website, traffic sources, or promotional methods are deemed unsuitable or misaligned with the objectives of the program.
Unsuitable activities include, but are not limited to:
Promoting illegal activities
Promoting sexually explicit content
Promoting violence or hate speech
Promoting discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violating intellectual property rights
Any activities inconsistent with the best interests, brand values, or commercial objectives of ApolloLiftUS
2. Use of Brand Name / Brand Terms (Strictly Prohibited)
Definition — “ApolloLiftUS Brand / Brand Terms”
For the purpose of this Program, “Brand Terms” include the official website/domain apolloliftus.com and any ApolloLiftUS brand identifiers, including but not limited to:
A) Core brand identifiers (word marks / common variants)
ApolloLiftUS
ApolloLift / Apollo Lift / apollolift
Apollo Forklift / Apollo Forklifts / apollo forklift / apollo forklifts
Apollo Lifts / apollo lifts
Apollo Stacker / apollo stacker
Apollo Pallet Jack / apollo pallet jack
Apollo Electric Pallet Jack / apollo electric pallet jack
Apollo Electric Stacker / apollo electric stacker
Apollo Pallet Stacker / apollo pallet stacker
Apollo Lift Table / apollo lift table
Apollo Forklift LLC / apollo forklift llc
B) High-risk brand + intent modifiers (treated as Brand Terms even if combined)
“near me” (e.g., apollolift near me)
“reviews” (e.g., apollo lift reviews, apollolift reviews)
“coupon”, “coupon code”, “promo code”, “discount”, “deal” (e.g., apollolift coupon code)
C) Catch-all
Any variations, misspellings, spacing/hyphenation changes, plural forms, abbreviations, transliterations, or confusingly similar terms that may cause users to believe the promotion is official or associated with ApolloLiftUS.
Policy — strictly prohibited uses
Affiliates may not use ApolloLiftUS Brand Terms in any manner that could mislead users or interfere with ApolloLiftUS brand-owned traffic, including but not limited to:
Registering, purchasing, or using domains/subdomains containing Brand Terms or confusingly similar terms
Bidding on Brand Terms (and variants/misspellings) on any search engines or paid media platforms
Using Brand Terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, sitelinks, extensions, advertiser names, or landing page titles intended to capture brand-intent traffic
Impersonating ApolloLiftUS or implying official endorsement, partnership, exclusivity, or “official site” messaging
Any violation may result in declined commissions, immediate termination, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
3. Commission Eligibility & Payment
Commissions are earned solely on approved and validated sales, excluding cancellations, returns, fraudulent transactions, or orders that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period to allow for order verification, cancellations, and returns.
Commission Eligibility & Traffic Policy
ApolloLiftUS’s affiliate program rewards publishers that contribute genuine, incremental value during customer discovery and consideration.
Accordingly:
ApolloLiftUS does not operate partnerships with coupon, deal, voucher, or cashback-focused websites as a primary promotional model.
Transactions attributed to coupon/deal/voucher/cashback traffic, including interactions occurring at checkout or post-purchase-intent stages, are not eligible for commission.
Commissions are awarded only where the affiliate interaction meaningfully contributes through content-led, editorial, educational, or value-based promotion.
Transactions generated through coupon aggregation, deal listings, incentive mechanisms, or similar models may be declined at ApolloLiftUS’s discretion.
4. Promotional Methods & Restrictions
Affiliates may promote ApolloLiftUS through approved methods:
Original editorial content, blogs, reviews, or comparison articles
Educational or informational content
Social media or video content that provides genuine value
Opt-in email campaigns (no unsolicited/bulk spam)
Affiliates may NOT:
Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automated clicks, bots, or artificial traffic generation
Use adware, toolbars, browser extensions, or software-based traffic injection
Publish unauthorized, misleading, expired, or fabricated coupons/promotions
Misrepresent ApolloLiftUS offers, pricing, product specs, warranties, lead times, or availability
Use deceptive or misleading claims to influence customer behavior
5. Territory & Traffic Quality
Affiliates are expected to target audiences in approved markets, including but not limited to the United States.
ApolloLiftUS reserves the right to review traffic quality at any time. Traffic deemed suspicious, incentivized, artificially generated, or inconsistent with standard consumer behavior—including click farms, VPN masking, proxy traffic, or abnormal conversion patterns—may result in withheld commissions, account review, or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use only the official creatives, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials provided by ApolloLiftUS.
Any unauthorized use, alteration, or modification of ApolloLiftUS intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination
ApolloLiftUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for activities deemed inconsistent with the objectives of the affiliate program.
In cases involving fraud, brand misuse, policy breaches, or prohibited promotional methods, ApolloLiftUS may withhold or forfeit pending or unpaid commissions.
