Please read these Affiliate Terms & Conditions carefully before applying to or promoting the Great Lakes Wellness Affiliate Program.

By applying to or participating in the Great Lakes Wellness Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Upon acceptance into the Program, these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") and Great Lakes Wellness ("Great Lakes Wellness," "we," "us," or "our").

By joining the Program, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You agree to comply with all Program policies.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any employees, contractors, or agents acting on your behalf comply with these Terms.

For the purposes of this agreement:

Great Lakes Wellness, We, Us, Our
Refers to Great Lakes Wellness, its affiliated companies, and its websites.

Affiliate / You / Your
Refers to the individual or organization accepted into the Affiliate Program.

Our Website
Refers to www.greatlakeswellness.com and any additional websites owned or operated by Great Lakes Wellness.

Your Website
Refers to any website, platform, social media account, or digital property you control that promotes Great Lakes Wellness products.

Program
Refers to the Great Lakes Wellness Affiliate Program or Influencer Program.

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval.

• Applications are typically reviewed within 7 business days.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Providing complete information, including all websites and social media accounts used for promotion, helps expedite approval.
• Affiliates may not operate multiple accounts without prior written approval.

Affiliate websites or promotional platforms may not:

• Infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Contain defamatory, obscene, threatening, or explicit content.
• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Use technology that intercepts or redirects affiliate commissions from other publishers.
• Use browser toolbars, extensions, or plug-ins that manipulate tracking.
• Include "Great Lakes Wellness" trademarks in domain names.
• Link to illegal download sites.
• Use Great Lakes Wellness logos or brand assets without permission.

Affiliates earn commissions based on the commission structure outlined within the affiliate network platform after logging in.

Commissions apply only to valid transactions tracked through the affiliate network and may be subject to reversals due to returns, cancellations, fraud, or program violations.

Upon acceptance into the Program, affiliates will receive tracking links through the affiliate network interface.

Affiliates must:

• Use only official tracking links provided by the affiliate platform.
• List all domains where affiliate links will appear.
• Ensure their website does not mimic the look or functionality of Great Lakes Wellness websites.
• Accurately represent Great Lakes Wellness products and brand messaging.
• Avoid deceptive practices including cookie stuffing, misleading links, or hidden redirects.

Affiliates may not bid on or advertise using Great Lakes Wellness brand terms in paid advertising without written approval.

Prohibited actions include:

• Bidding on Great Lakes Wellness brand keywords in search or social advertising.
• Using brand terms in ad titles, descriptions, or display URLs.
• Direct linking paid ads to Great Lakes Wellness websites.
• Running ads that mimic official Great Lakes Wellness advertising.

Violations may result in commission forfeiture and program removal.

Affiliates promoting coupons must follow these guidelines:

• Only advertise coupon codes provided through the affiliate program.
• Do not promote expired or unauthorized codes.
• Display full coupon details including expiration dates.
• Do not use technologies that reveal coupon codes while triggering affiliate clicks without approval.
• Do not imply a promotion requires visiting your website to activate.

Violations may result in removal from the Program and reversal of commissions.

Sub-affiliate networks must receive prior written approval before promoting Great Lakes Wellness.

Approved networks must:

• Maintain transparency regarding traffic sources.
• Ensure all sub-affiliates comply with Program Terms.
• Monitor sub-affiliate promotional practices.

Failure to comply may result in commission reductions or termination.

Affiliates may not use Great Lakes Wellness trademarks within domain names or subdomains, including variations such as:

• greatlakeswellness-coupons.com
• greatlakeswellness.website.com

Affiliates promoting Great Lakes Wellness through email must:

• Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
• Include a working unsubscribe link in all communications.
• Clearly identify the email as originating from the affiliate, not Great Lakes Wellness.
• Follow all brand standards.

Affiliates may promote Great Lakes Wellness on their own social media channels.

Affiliates may not:

• Post affiliate links on official Great Lakes Wellness social media pages.
• Run paid social ads using Great Lakes Wellness trademarks without approval.
• Create accounts impersonating or resembling official Great Lakes Wellness accounts.

Affiliates must clearly disclose any compensation received when promoting Great Lakes Wellness products.

Examples include:

• #ad
• #sponsored
• Paid partnership disclosures

Disclosures must be clear and visible across all platforms.

Great Lakes Wellness reserves the right to reverse commissions for:

• Cancelled or returned orders
• Fraudulent activity
• Invalid tracking events
• Program violations

Affiliates must provide traffic source information if requested.

Failure to respond to compliance inquiries may result in:

• Commission reversals
• Commission reductions
• Suspension or removal from the Program

Great Lakes Wellness reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Commissions associated with violations may be reversed.
• The affiliate account may be permanently removed from the Program.
