Bare Home Affiliate Program Terms and ConditionsEffective: 07/17/2025
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Agreement") govern the participation of affiliates ("Partners") in the Bare Home Affiliate Program managed through Awin. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions
“Partner”: Refers to any individual or entity, including influencers and content creators, who promotes Bare Home products and receives commissions for resulting sales.
“Bare Home”: Refers to Bare Home LLC, located at 14744 Hornsby St NE, Columbus, MN 55025.
2. Trademark Usage
Partner acknowledges that Bare Home is the sole owner of its trademarks, including its name, logo, and other brand elements.
Bare Home grants Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bare Home’s trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting Bare Home products within the scope of this Agreement.
Trademark use must always include appropriate attribution, and may not be altered or used in a misleading way.
Upon termination of this Agreement, Partner must immediately cease all use of Bare Home trademarks.
3. Content Guidelines
All promotional content must be original, accurate, and comply with the terms of use for the platforms on which it appears.
Partner must follow all applicable laws, including copyright laws for music, images, videos, and other media used in promotional content.
All required tags, links, hashtags, or disclaimers (e.g., #ad, #sponsored) must be included as directed by Bare Home or Awin to remain compliant with FTC guidelines and program requirements.
Bare Home is not liable for content published by the Partner.
4. Commission & Payment
Partner will earn a commission on qualifying sales made via their unique Awin tracking link or authorized coupon code.
Commission rates are subject to change at Bare Home’s discretion. Any rate changes will apply only to sales made after the change is effective; previous sales will be honored at the original rate.
Payments will be processed through Awin, according to their payment schedule and procedures.
Commissions may be withheld or canceled if:
The Partner violates program terms.
Coupon codes or tracking links are posted to unauthorized coupon or deal sites.
Sales are generated through deceptive, unethical, or fraudulent means.
Any misuse of tracking links, codes, or other tools resulting in invalid commissions may require the Partner to return any previously paid commissions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Partners may not:
Share exclusive codes on third-party coupon sites.
Use paid advertising or impersonate Bare Home in a way that misleads customers.
Engage in dishonest or unethical promotional tactics.
Modify tracking links or alter cookies for unjustified credit.
6. Termination
Bare Home reserves the right to terminate any Partner account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice.
Causes for immediate termination include, but are not limited to, trademark misuse, code abuse, or policy violations.
Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited if found to be obtained in violation of this Agreement.
7. Miscellaneous
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.
This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
By participating in the Bare Home Affiliate Program via Awin, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
