Bravissimo Affiliate Marketing Program Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before joining or promoting our affiliate program. By clicking “I accept” or participating in the Program, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you’re acting on behalf of a legal entity, you also confirm that you’re authorised to bind that entity. These terms are subject to change. If you disagree, please do not participate.
1. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our”, or “Bravissimo” means Bravissimo and our website.
“You” or “your” refers to the affiliate.
“Our website” refers to www.bravissimo.com.
“Your website” refers to any site you use to link to ours.
“Program” refers to the Bravissimo Affiliate Program.
2. Enrollment
To join, you must first apply and be accepted as an affiliate via Affiliate Window and agree to Affiliate Window’s Affiliate Service Agreement. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Website Restrictions
Your website must not:
Infringe on intellectual property or rights.
Violate laws or promote inappropriate content.
Mislead users, contain harmful software, or imitate our site.
Include non-Bravissimo content unless explicitly allowed.
Use our Trademarks in your domain/subdomain.
4. Linking Guidelines
Use links only from Affiliate Window without alteration.
All domains must be listed in your affiliate profile on Affiliate Window.
Do not promote our products on websites you don’t own.
Do not imitate Bravissimo’s site design or functionality.
No cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or masking URLs.
No redirects or mixed affiliate tracking.
5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Guidelines
You must NOT:
Bid on our Trademarks or their misspellings.
Use our Trademarks in ads or URLs.
Direct link from ads to Bravissimo.
Appear in PPC positions 1–5 ahead of Bravissimo.
Violating this policy results in forfeiture of commissions and possible removal from the program.
6. Trademark Usage
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use Bravissimo’s trademarks only to promote the Program. Any misuse or harm to our brand terminates this right.
7. Coupon Guidelines
You may only use:
Coupons provided by Bravissimo or visible on our site or Affiliate Window.
Full, unaltered coupons with valid terms.
You may NOT:
Use unauthorized codes.
Suggest offers require clicking your link when they don’t.
Mislead users about free shipping or other promos.
High-converting coupon sites may receive reduced commission rates.
8. Domain Name Use
Using Bravissimo’s Trademarks in your domain or subdomain is prohibited.
9. Advertising & Publicity
You may use our content (ads, banners, etc.) under the following conditions:
Only to promote Bravissimo.
Do not modify materials without permission.
Avoid promotion to areas we don’t ship to.
Written materials must comply with CAN-SPAM and not imply they’re from Bravissimo.
Submit emails for approval when required.
10. Reversal & Communication Policy
Orders may be reversed for cancellations, returns, fraud, or program violations. You must respond honestly and promptly to any information requests. Noncompliance may lead to commission forfeiture or suspension.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks remain the sole property of Bravissimo. You may not claim ownership or use them beyond the licensed scope.
12. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Bravissimo. You cannot bind Bravissimo to agreements.
13. Affiliate Commissions
You’ll earn commissions on eligible purchases completed by customers in the U.S. via your affiliate links. Bravissimo may change commission rates at any time. Payments are made through Affiliate Window.
14. Limitation of Liability
Bravissimo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Bravissimo from any claims related to your site, content, misuse of trademarks, or breach of these terms.
16. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, including marketing strategies, business plans, and terms of this agreement, unless legally required to disclose.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using our content and links immediately. You’ll only be paid for commissions earned before termination.
18. Compliance With Laws
You must comply with:
The CAN-SPAM Act
FTC rules on endorsements
All other applicable laws
19. FTC Disclosure Requirements
You must clearly disclose that you’re compensated when posting affiliate links in endorsements or reviews, especially when it’s not obvious.
20. Modifications
We may update this agreement at any time. Continued participation means you accept the changes. If you don’t agree, you must terminate your participation.
21. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Nebraska. Legal proceedings will be held in Nebraska unless related to intellectual property.
22. Social Media Promotion
You MAY:
Promote affiliate links on your own social channels.
You MAY NOT:
Post affiliate links on Bravissimo’s official social media accounts.
23. General Terms
Updates: We may update the agreement via our website or email.
Severability: If one part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Assignment: You may not assign this agreement without our permission.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a right doesn’t mean we waive it.
Conflicts: This agreement overrides the Affiliate Window terms if they conflict.
Entire Agreement: This is the full agreement between you and Bravissimo.
