Description of Services
As part of the Services, the affiliate will generate and post content (including, without limitation, text, videos and images) regarding the Earth Breeze brand and products on their Web page, Instagram, Instagram Story, Twitter, Facebook, blog and potentially YouTube and Pinterest in an effort to generate sales.
Tools (as in which party will provide them)
Earth Breeze affiliate program will provide you with the following:
Content to promote your affiliate link with.
Support for any questions, comments, or concern via contact with the Earth Breeze Affiliate team.
A portal to track your sales and commission through.
Best practices for promotion in addition to top value propositions of product to highlight.
Restrictions
The affiliate will not
Make any derogatory statements about Earth Breeze and/or Earth Breeze products.
Link to any third-party websites, other than the Social Channels, on the Affiliate Page or otherwise redirect visitors of the Affiliate Page to third-party websites.
Resell or distribute any Earth Breeze products, including those received for free or as gifts, for commercial purposes, other than via the Affiliate Page
Promote Earth Breeze products, the Earth Breeze brand, or the Program and/or the Influencer Page via any paid media channels.
Promote Earth Breeze products, the Earth Breeze brand, the Program and/or the Affiliate Page via any website, media, social media, or electronic presence or resource that may be considered pornographic, lewd, offensive, or discriminate. Engage in any fraudulent transactions, as reasonably determined by Earth Breeze, including without limitation making transactions from the affiliate's IP addresses or computers under Influencer's control.
Imitate or impersonate the brand. Example, posing as Earth Breeze on social media is against our policy.
Compensation
You will be entered into a tiered commission format wherein from 5-25 sales made using your link you will receive a $10 commission on every sale, from 26-100 sales made using your link you will receive a $15 commission on every sale, and from 101+ sales made using your link you will receive a $20 commission on every sale. These sales will be tracked with a 10-day cookie meaning that a sale made 10 days after clicking on your link will not result in a commission.
Brand Materials & Trademark
Except for the Affiliate's limited right to use the Earth Breeze Materials solely in connection with performing the Services, Earth Breeze retains all right title and interest in the Earth Breeze Materials, including all related intellectual property rights. Earth Breeze hereby grants to Independent Influencer, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display Earth Breeze's name, website address, logo, and trade names (the “Marks”), solely in connection with performing the Services.
Term and Termination
Earth Breeze may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice, if Independent Influencer refuses to or is unable to perform the Services or is in breach of any material provision of this Agreement.
