By applying and joining the JOLIE affiliate program, you are agreeing to the following special terms and conditions:
You will not utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for use within the affiliate channel.
You will not publish, distribute, post, broadcast, display or permit any written material that makes reference to JOLIE without first submitting such material to JOLIE for approval and receiving express prior written consent which shall be in their sole and absolute discretion.
Your web site shall not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of the JOLIE web site, nor shall you create the impression that your web site is the JOLIE web site or a part of the JOLIE web site.
You shall not frame or permit the framing of any page of the JOLIE web site.
You shall not bid on any keyword in Pay per Click Search Engines (PPCSEs) that is an JOLIE trademark or a derivation of a trademark, or any other word or term that is likely to cause confusion regarding its affiliation with JOLIE Some examples of these keywords include, but are not limited to:
JOLIE, Jolie Skin, JOLIE shower, JOLIE coupon, JOLIE shipping, JOLIE deal, JOLIE promotion, JOLIE hair, Jolieskinco.com, or any variation or misspelling.
JOLIE may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify this list to include any other word or phrase.
If promoting JOLIE using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you are prohibited from (i) using as display URLs any JOLIE related trademarks or any variations thereof, including, but not limited to, the variations set forth in the list provided above; (ii) using the language "official site" or variations thereof in ad copy and from adding trademark symbols to ad copy; and (iii) using promotional language such as references to specific coupons and/or free shipping
offers in ad copy.
If promoting JOLIE using non-branded terms in PPCSEs, you must designate yourself as such by adding "aff" or "affiliate" to your ad copy.
You will not to employ the use of any type of software download or technology which attempts to intercept or re-direct traffic or referral fees to or from, any other website without the written consent of JOLIE.
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your web site and, except for URLs provided by JOLIE, for all content appearing on your web site. You assume sole responsibility for the accuracy of the content of your web site, including, without limitation, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees, and ensuring that the content on your web site ("Content") and that the operation of your web site does not infringe or violate
any right of any third party.
You shall not place or cause to be placed on your web site anything which is obscene, threatening, malicious, or which infringes on or violates any applicable law or regulation or any proprietary, contract, moral, privacy or other third party right, or which otherwise exposes you and/or JOLIE to civil or criminal liability.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, CAN-SPAM, and any Internet or advertising regulations or policies of the United States in connection with your web site.
You shall immediately notify JOLIE of any demand, claim, or action by a third party insofar as such demand, claim or action alleges that your web site, its content or its operation does not meet the requirements of these special terms.
You will use the product images and descriptions only as provided by JOLIE and only in the manner consistent with the affiliate relationship for the promotion and sale of JOLIE products.
Purchase Related Policies - Use of JOLIE
The products available on the JOLIE site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from JOLIE. Customers may not purchase more than 5 units of a single item in one transaction and/or within a 24 hours window. JOLIE reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that they believe, in their sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Fraud Protection
JOLIE reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, JOLIE may reject your order or the JOLIE customer service department may call you/the customer at the phone number provided to confirm an order. JOLIE also reserves the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. JOLIE takes these measures to protect their customers as well as themselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
