Innovation Women Affiliate Agreement May 24, 2022 This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Innovation Women, and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the ShareASale service ("the Service").? You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If you do not accept this Agreement, do not use ShareASale as an Affiliate for Innovation Women.? The following agreement is summarized as follows: You place our banners anywhere on your site as you see fit. Adult, hate, or other related sites are not allowed. Please see our Community Standards for reference. If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined as they are identified as coming from a different channel. You CANNOT take content directly from Innovation Women site, which is not present on the product feed or on the Offer section.? Any page containing our links, banners, or codes must be written in English Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions. Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.? EMAIL CONTACT? We reserve the right to send e-mails to you for the purpose of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services. ?? CHANGES TO THE SERVICE? We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.? COOKIES Innovation Women operates a 30 day-cookie policy. PRIVACY POLICY Innovation Women will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company. Pay Per Click search activity Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to?innovationwomen.com directly. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on the Innovation Women brand name, use any misspelt or variation of the brand, including all references to Innovation Women and/or sites/URLs or at any time be seen bidding against Innovation Women own Search Engine Marketing activity.? If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided. Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules. a. Using the Innovation Women brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg?www.affiliate.com/ Innovation Women ) – NOT ALLOWED b. Using the Innovation Women brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg?www.InnovationWomen.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED c. Using the Innovation Women brand in the ad title – NOT ALLOWED d. Bid on the brand term “Innovation Women” – NOT ALLOWED e. Advertise as the brand- NOT ALLOWED f. Show adverts on Innovation Women’s competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED 2. Advertising as Innovation Women Affiliates are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the Innovation Women brand. Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other ad format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser. 3. Discount code / voucher code websites a. Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by Innovation Women. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled. b. Affiliates must not display made up / invented discount codes on their site(s) or display discount codes that were intended for use in other channels or for other online publishers. If you are found doing this, your participation in the Innovation Women affiliate program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided. b. Under NO circumstances are affiliates allowed to surreptitiously use i-frames to set cookies onto a user’s computer. d. Discount code and deals publishers are NOT ACCEPTED in the program 4. Social Media Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means Innovation Women’s identity in social media. The Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media. 5. Email Marketing Please use the copy and graphics supplied to you by the Innovation Women team for inclusion in any email marketing campaigns. If you have any questions, contact info@innovationwomen.com CREATIVE Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the ShareASale?interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through interface may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact us at info@innovationwomen.com to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary. DOMAIN NAMES Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. InnovationWomen.website.com or www.InnovationWomen-coupons.com Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register, or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the Innovation Women brand website. ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that refers to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following: Abide by the current Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of InnovationWomen.com Affiliates violating the above Terms & Conditions will be rejected from the program.
